We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging, with all components sealed in their original plastic bags. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items where the sealed packaging has been opened.
To start a return, contact us at info@kittythrive.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions on how to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return and receiving the return address via email will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@kittythrive.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
