Buying your KittyThrive product should be fast and easy.
All items listed on our website are in stock and ready to ship. If a product ever becomes temporarily unavailable, it will be clearly marked as such on the product page. For any questions about availability or shipping times, you’re always welcome to contact us at info@Kittythrive.com.
Currency
Our website will detect your location and ask whether you would like to change the checkout currency based on your location. You can also access the currency selector at the top of the page. You can select the following currencies for checkout:
Shipping
Our priority is getting your orders to you as safely and as soon as possible.
Free shipping applies to any purchase from our website.
Processing Time
All orders placed on a business day will usually be shipped out within 1–3 days. In some rare cases, it might take up to 5 days to ship during holiday periods.
Products marked as Pre-Orders will have an approximate lead time listed on the product page.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 5-14 days. Delivery times are an estimate and may be delayed.
Taxes, Customs and Brokerage
You will not be charged any taxes or fees during checkout unless you are located in Canada. Canadian orders include applicable taxes at checkout.
For international orders, there are no additional customs duties or import taxes — the price you see at checkout is the final amount.
Refunds
New-in-box products can be returned and refunded (see below for exclusions). Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost. You must take photos of all items you wish to return and email them to us within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address. Please ensure the items are securely packaged.
Orders in transit are not eligible for cancellation. If you no longer want your order after it has shipped, you may return it once it arrives by following our standard return process above.
Once we receive the returned items and confirm they are in new-in-box condition, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
**Any additional expenses incurred during the return process (customs fees, brokerage fees, import taxes, etc) will be deducted from the refund.
Return/refund requests after the 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Defective Products
Should the product be defective, please send us an email at info@Kittythrive.com immediately. We will send instructions on how to proceed.
Prices and information
While all prices and information are kept as accurately as possible, once a while there may be an error (we are human after all!). If you see an error please let us know and we will correct it as quickly as possible.
Prices may change without prior notice (does not affect orders already placed) to reflect exchange rate differences and other factors.
